Payment Method

We accept personal and certified checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Make checks payable to Ecoland Inc. If paying by personal check please allow two weeks for it to clear our bank, plus delivery time. All prices are in U.S. currency. If ordering online, you must pay by credit card.

Shipping Method

Orders are generally shipped via USPS priority mail or FedEx ground. All orders ship from our warehouse in the Buena Park, California. US Priority Mail generally takes 3-4 days in delivery time, depending on the area.

At Ecoland we value the privacy of our customers. We understand the sensitivity of your personal information and we DO NOT share or sell your personal information with other parties. If you buy from Ecoland, we need to share your postal address with common carriers.

Personal Email - we ask for your email so we may communicate with you and update you on new products or other Ecoland news. You may opt-out should you not wish to receive these communications from us. We also need your email for billing purposes so we may send you an order confirmation.

Other Personal Info - we require other personal information for order processing purposes and these are kept secured.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased or received from Ecolandinc.com are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase/receipt as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original packaging. Upon approval of your return we will issue you credit back to the original method of payment used. Shipping cost on returned items is not refundable.
