New Way of Partnering

We started with the ideals of Slow Fashion in mind, well aware of the over production and over consumption of the apparel industry. We have moved most of our production from overseas back to the U.S. to reduce carbon emissions as well as to encourage local employment, but we realized that only slowing down clothing is not enough to reduce global warming.

The U.S. and China alone are responsible for 40% of the world’s carbon emissions.  If the U.S. and China can take significant steps toward ending global warming, they can influence other countries around the world to do the same. We plan to support nonprofits in favor of ending global warming in both countries.

With limited financial resources we want to focus primarily on “Slow City” and “Permaculture”, which we believe are the ultimate solutions to global warming that will bring back the quality lifestyle we have been missing for so long. Every family and business should take the responsibility to think globally and act locally.

We plan to introduce our partner organizations one at a time as monthly featured nonprofits. 3% of our  web sales during the featured month will be donated to this non-profit. We will work very closely with each nonprofit we support by donating our time to participate in their events throughout the year, because this is not just for business, it is also part of our daily lives.
