Shipping Info

Shipping with Ecoland is easy and simple. Ecoland ships to addresses in the 51 States, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes. We have chosen US Postal Service as our primary shipping partner because USPS represents the shipping network with the lowest carbon footprint.  We also use FedEx to accommodate your shipping location. 

Shipping Rates 

** FREE Standard Shipping on all US Orders above $75!
USPS Standard (5-7 business days) – $4.99
FedEx Ground (4-6 business days) – $10.00
FedEx 2nd Day (2 business days) – $20.00
FedEx Next Day (1 business day) – $40.00
Note: FedEx does not deliver on Saturday. FedEx and the US Postal Service do not deliver on Sunday or National Holidays.

Handling Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to 2nd Day, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 3:00 p.m. PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. 

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via USPS.

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs import duties and taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, these additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict customs charges as they are levied by the destination country. 2nd Day shipping is not available for international orders. Note: USPS doesn't always provide tracking # for international shipping.

Return Policy

Ecoland is committed to making your shopping experience with us smooth and easy. We want every customer to be happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return clean, unworn, unwashed merchandise with original packaging, within 30 days of delivery date for an exchange or refund. Note: We do not accept return or exchange of underwear due to their intimate nature and health regulations.
